Albert He: pages and posts are getting 404

Albert He: This question is related to account: hostlike.com

George T.: Hello! Nice to have you over the LiveChat!

Albert He: hi

Albert He: how are you

George T.: I am great, thanks for asking, how about you?

Albert He: the site https://vincentkempp.com

Albert He: all page and post links are getting 404

George T.: I will gladly assist you!

George T.: May I ask you for the login details to the WordPress dashboard in order to check the permalinks from there?

Albert He: I’ve fixed the issue. I found that the .htaccess file was changed and backed up as “.htaccess.180828203641.orig”

Albert He: what was happened?

Albert He: it as happened on 2019-09-23

George T.: Let me check if some of my colleagues from the ticketing team worked on the website at this period

Albert He: thanks

George T.: As I see the last ticket is from 07/08/2019 so the change is not done by our colleagues from the ticketing team.

Albert He: no, that is not related

George T.: Indeed the ticket is from long time ago, is there anyone else with access to your account with us or cPanel?
