Boyan K.: Okay! In that case, please make sure that you have the correct password. If you are not sure – you can reset it from your User Area -> My Accounts -> Information & Settings.

Boyan K.: As much as I would like to that, this is not possible. However, I can ensure you that the FTP server is working normally as I was able to connect. If you provide me with the cPanel password, I can try to connect with the main FTP account.

Boyan K.: To be honest with you there is no issues with the FTP server, as we were able to connect with the new FTP account. If there was any trouble – then we can’t connect to any FTP account. Still, if you wish to give me the cPanel password, I can test the primary FTP account that you are referring to.

Boyan K.: I am just investigating the case further and most likely it’s related to the FTP client. You can use the quick connect button, as some users are suggesting that option. You can also try to restart the FTP client or your network.
