Hello Albert,

Thank you for getting back to us.

We are sorry for the issue you are experiencing with the domain transfer. We checked the current status of the domain and could see that the domain transfer requires the owner approval. We have resent the domain transfer approval email to the email address he.albert@gmail.com, please check the Junk/Spam box in the mailbox of he.albert@gmail.com for the approval email.

During the domain transfer, the Name Server will be locked by the registrar end for 10 days. In case you are changing the hosting service provider then you will be needing to update nameserver needs to be updated before the domain transfer is initiated. The domain name transfer will not interrupt the website.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us. We are available 24×7.

Thank you,

I don’t understand why you need to “updated the Nameservers”, does it break the current site? Transfer domain name should not interupt the site, right?

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Support.

We are sorry to know about the issue you are experiencing with the domain transfer. I checked your domain with our billing admin and they said that Nameservers were not updated for the domain, this is the reason you were not receiving domain transfer approval email. Now they have updated the Nameservers and initiated the domain transfer. You will get the transfer approval email to he.albert@gmail.com. Please check and approve the email, once it is approved domain will be transferred within 5-7 days.

If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact us. We are available 24×7.

Thank you.
