Terrible salesforce support

I create an 30 days trial account and created a web-to-lead form on Salesforce.com website last week. It works at that day. The second day it stopped working.

I contacted Salesforce online support chat, the support gave me the answer: no support for trial, and trial only works for 14 days, while my account only was created in a few days!

After I submitted the form I received an error email as following:

Salesforce could not create this lead because of the reason listed below. For more information about this error or help with Web-to-Lead, please contact Customer Support.

Reason: Use one of these records?
    Lead Capture Page: https://webto.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.WebToLead?encoding=UTF-8

Record Information:

To incorporate this lead into salesforce.com you can key in the data above.

If you have any questions, please click on Support at the top right of any page within salesforce.com.

Customer Support

Then I replied to this email and immediately I received the response as following:

We no longer accept non-automated support requests sent to: support@salesforce.comsupport@emea.salesforce.com, and premiersupport@salesforce.com.

To log a case:
1)    Log in to Salesforce.com
2)    Select Help & Training  (upper right corner)
3)    Select Contact Support
4)    Select Open a Case
5)    Complete required information and select submit

I have to stop trying Salesforce, which is getting hotter in the market. But with this kind of support I rather use other product. I really not confident to recommend salesforce cloud service at all!
