Hello Albert,

I am glad to inform you that WordPress was installed on your account, since your domain is not pointed to the DNS records of your account with us, in order to see the installation you will have to edit your local machine hosts file, with the following lines:

109.199.127.106 vincentke.com www.vincentke.com

using our useful tutorial for the procedure:

https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_to_use_the_hosts_file/

Once the hosts files are altered you will be able to access the installation on the domain URL:

http://vincentke.com/
http://vincentke.com/wp-admin

with the following details:

Code:
username: **********
password: **********

Alternatively you can update us and we will configure the installation to work via the IP address of your account, until you point the domain. If you choose this option, please update the ticket.

If any other questions occur, don’t hesitate to create a new ticket at any time!

Best Regards

This approach is not a good approach. It will let the site down for a long period of time depending on the transfer speed.
The better way is to transfer the site first, and test it to ensure working properly, then change the DNS to our server.
I will transfer the site myself, how do I access the space? and how to test it once site transfer complted.

You can access the cPanel you have with us, via the User Area => My accounts section => cPanel red button, also in order to establish connections to the FTP service:

host: us95.siteground.us,
user: vincen 56
password: your cpanel password that you can reset via the User Area => Manage accounts => Information and settings tab =>Change password button right next to the cPanel username.

Once the transfer is completed, you can check the website, using your local hosts file:

https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_to_use_the_hosts_file/

with the line:

Code:
109.199.127.106 vincentke.com
109.199.127.106 www.vincentke.com

If any other questions occur, don’t hesitate to create a new ticket at any time!
